Growths

Growths on the skin can be caused by certain conditions. They can appear as moles, cysts, skin tags, lipomas, keratoses, etc. The best way to determine if a growth is benign and to rule out skin cancers is to have any skin growths evaluated by a Board Certified Dermatologist. We recommend that everyone 18 years and older should come in for an annual full body skin exam. It is especially crucial if you have a personal or family history of skin cancer, as you may need to have full skin examinations more frequently.
